State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-08-02
Where you are a resident of a US state with a comprehensive privacy law — California under the CCPA/CPRA, or Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another state with a similar statute — the following supplements our Privacy Policy.
Requests You Can Make
You can ask what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, get a copy in portable form, and opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Several states additionally grant a right to appeal if we decline. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights — no price difference, no degraded access.
Applicable Categories
Categories involved: identifiers — IP address, cookie IDs, device identifiers; internet activity — browsing on this site, referrers, timing; and contact details, but only if you volunteered them. These come from your device directly and from analytics or advertising partners where such partners are engaged.
Sale/Share Status
We do not sell personal information for money. However, where advertising is served, advertising identifiers and cookie data may be shared with advertising partners, and under the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws that sharing can itself qualify as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising’. You can opt out of it: see Do Not Sell or Share My Information. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Making a Request
Two routes. For an opt-out: turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honour automatically. For anything else — access, correction, deletion, portability — email hello@toddlerwhirl.com. Verification is by reply to the originating address, responses come within the time state law sets, and an authorised agent may submit on your behalf with written permission.
